I am renovating the house and funny enough my own GC is running ads built on us :-). Get a Tier 3 and you are good.

Here are 3 tips:
a) Make AI image ads first. Search for "contractor" or "renovation" or keywords you associate with inside the "discover ads" to get an ad that you like. Then click on "clone ad", enter your company info and boom you will have you ad.
b) Then try image template ads where you will use existing templates. Choose google or FB platform as appropriate in advanced settings and upload your logo, etc.
