Q: Why don't you offer a real free trial instead of requiring credit card information and charging 1 USD?

When attempting to purchase product codes, I initially intended to test the free trial version. However, I encountered an unexpected condition involving the credit card and a $1 charge, which appeared to be a bait. This practice is not only misleading but also presents a significant risk to potential customers.

A: Dear Hak,

We have noted your feedback.

AI costs are expensive and on top we have licensing fees to pay for every customer to gettyimage, etc. Many leading AI sites have in fact put a hard paywall upfront (i.e. full subscription fees upfront). We have actually tried many experiments over the past few months and you will be surprised on how many 'naughty' people we encounter everyday who use the system resources with fake logins, invalid cards, etc. We are talking 500+ such users everyday who consume resources and keep coming back with fake emails.

We are here to build a sustainable business. We provide countless tutorial videos upfront and charge a nominal 1$ to filter out people who have no intention of paying. This has improved customer service we can provide now to the paying trial and subscribers.

You can cancel anytime within the trial period with 1-click and of course count on us to be helpful to you in this journey. Hope you understand.
