Not good
There are far too many issues. Yes, I have tried support, video tutorials, and more.
1 - The features work somewhat at times. They look better on paper.
2 - The features differ from what has been advertised. The whole AppSumo deal page with video promo is unrealistic, especially for video ads and video content.
3 - Yes, new features are being added, but they are not useful to me.
4 - I tried contacting support, but their responses are selective. They follow up on some issues but ignore others. I'll leave it to you to decide why that is the case.
5 - They also try to convince you that it works as it should.
6 - Getty library: it differs from actual Getty Images, at least in terms of video content. Some keyword searches yield 5-6 videos that are practically the same, whereas actual Getty Images offers hundreds to choose from. It has been almost a month since I asked support for help on this issue, and I have received no answer.
7 - What does work is generating image ads, but they seem more focused on quantity than quality. The designs look poor. None of my competitors, nor I, run ads like this. Again, it looks good on paper.
8 - There are countless more issues. I give up.
Overall, this has been oversold in terms of features and its actual performance.
I doubt any of these reviews truly reflect a fully functional use of the product in real life. Please don't respond to this review by claiming you have made a video to show me how it works. We have been through this before. I have explored all the features, but none of them work well.

I am sorry you had a bad experience. I don't know userID used within the platform and so cannot help you connect the dots but you can always reach out to me personally and I will investigate.
We have attempted to do what's not been done before to have everything you need to build a good ad in one place. No need to shuffle 10 different tools. This is not easy and we really appreciate patience and support of early adopters. Most users have appreciated the transparency with which we have built. While others closed shop, we keep building and adding more. This also means stabilzing tough things like video editor. It's built from scratch v3 and getting good usage. So, encourage you to give it another shot and again reach out to support for a live call or me and we can help you.
Now on the issues raised, I will like to clarify the air:
On 1) I can help you if you are specific on what features didn't work for you. We can come on a support call and test together
On 2) Not sure why you say that. We have even published comparison to other video tools output
On 3) Glad you appreciate we have been adding features. We are only building what users want and so sometimes not possible that it meets everyone's needs but they are what pro marketers been coaching us to build around
On 4) Support has a 99% resolution rate. Again unlike others who stop supporting, we have for 2 years responded to every chat or email and even have an open calendar to book live troubleshooting calls. Many veteran sumolings with 100s (if not thousands of purchased verified deals appreciated our relentless Sally in supporting them on weekends and late hours). Sorry if we missed in your case and we do our best but your experience may not be representative of broader audience?
On 5) This INCORRECT. We have and offer full getty creative assets (excl. editorial content which is brand specific). I have a hunch on mistake you may have done - when making image or video in your advanced settings you forgot to select the "type of stock footage" being searched. For example we don't show you horizontal videos when you are making a vertical one or style (fine art vs. photography). I am making a 100$ bet in the open if you can prove me wrong. How is that?
On 7) Ad templates are subjective isn't it? Have you seen the new 1-click ad cloning where literally you click (or upload) an ad from competition and it recreates it for you in your brand language and logo
I respect your opinion and can only present facts for a team that's been working hard. We are now VC funded and 25 people tirelessly believing in one vision - one platform for all your key content needs. We might have missed some points but hopefully with the new v4 being released today even our competition will say 'these guys are knowledgable and have grit'.
