Q: Follow up question re: functionality
Thanks for previous answer -- I purchased quick reel and tested one of my instagram highlight videos to see how it would do with captions, b-roll, and ai edit. Overall it was good, but it doesnt appear to be formatted any more for instagram (ie: it goes to a wide shot for the b roll) and the captions extend over the video as well. How can this be adjusted? And, if b roll is incorrect (ie: misspelled a word) How can I edit that? Is the only suppport through a form, or will you have chat support in the future? Thanks

1. Yes Brolls can be corrected in the broll editor in the edit option of the output reel, you can search for stock broll, social clip(first 3 results) or you can upload your own.
2. Subtitles can also be edited, upon clicking the edit button, you can edit all the words of the subtitle in the editor.
3. We have implemented chat support on the platform itself for fastest resolution.
