Q: Can I upload long videos 1920x1080 resolution or 4K horizontal (30 minutes to 1 hour) for adding subtitles?

Nice offer! I want to know can I upload long video horizontal 1920x1080 resolution for adding subtitles? Is there a limit to add subtitles? Currently I see that you replied to another person that you are pushing limits to 15 minutes and in next 3 weeks pushing for more. Is it true? That will work for me at the moment.

Yes — currently, we support up to 5-minute videos for subtitles, and we’re actively working to raise that limit to 15 mins, you will be hearing from us today with an updated limit. Within the next 2–3 weeks, we’ll be rolling out support for longer durations.
You can upload horizontal videos in 1920x1080 or 4K resolution — no problem there. For now, if your video is longer than 5 minutes (or the limit we go live with today), you can split it into smaller parts, add subtitles to each, and then stitch them back together. However this is not how we want your workflow to be and will have this catered internally by end of May or well before that.
