Q: Can you make this changes before Refund Window?

1. Arranging Clips under Folders for better UX
2. Increasing the Computational Power because at the moment, it is too much slow.
3. Few bugs are there in editor e.g. not able to delete a specific part of the clip, not able to download clips once the clip is processed and etc.

A: Hi there! Yes, we’re actively increasing computational power and optimizing our pipeline for faster clip generation. While it won’t be instant (since AI models and frame-by-frame processing are necessary for this processing), we’re targeting a speed of about 2/3 time the actual video length.

We’re also fixing all reported bugs as quickly as possible. Most of the issues you mentioned have already been resolved. Could you please message us via chat support with your video link? We’ll check if anything is still pending and patch it right away. We’re pushing fixes every hour.

As for folders, we’re currently gathering requirements and will share a timeline in the next day for when that rollout can happen.

Again, please send us your video link so we can double-check everything on our end. And just to reassure you: even after the refund window, if you’re not satisfied, we’re happy to work with you on a refund. We’re a customer-first company and want to make sure you’re fully happy with reap.
