Q: I need to understand?

Hello, I need to understand how video and voice recording works. In Tier 2, I have a limit of 120 minutes per month for users to record in my form. If my form has 10 questions and each question can be recorded for 1 minute, that would mean 10 minutes would be consumed per form. Therefore, I could only receive responses from 12 clients per month. Is this how client video recording is managed?

Yes, your calculation is correct for Tier 2—if each respondent records 10 minutes, you can collect 12 full responses per month before hitting the 120-minute limit.

However, without video/voice recordings, Tier 2 allows 900 responses per month.

For more recording capacity:

Tier 3: 300 min/month (30 full responses at 10 min each)

Tier 4: 720 min/month (90 full responses at 10...

It’s an app I’ve just heard of for the first time. I guess it’s positioned mainly for video marketing. It has two-way communication. Apart from the video recording features of RecRam Forms, Magnet, and Capture, we don’t have much in common.
Our focus is more on Video Popups + Interactive Video Forms + Technical Video Support + AI Insights.

Hello, your software is really interesting!

Recently, I also came across VideoAsk, which I wasn’t familiar with before. Since I ended up exploring both websites—VideoAsk and yours—I noticed a big difference in how quickly you can understand how to use the tool. With VideoAsk, it’s much more intuitive; the website is faster, and everything is clear without needing to read instructions or watch videos.

On your site, however, I ran into quite a few difficulties. It often feels slow, I have to refresh the page because it freezes, and overall, it’s much less intuitive. Are you working on improving this to stay competitive?
