Recently, I also came across VideoAsk, which I wasn’t familiar with before. Since I ended up exploring both websites—VideoAsk and yours—I noticed a big difference in how quickly you can understand how to use the tool. With VideoAsk, it’s much more intuitive; the website is faster, and everything is clear without needing to read instructions or watch videos.

On your site, however, I ran into quite a few difficulties. It often feels slow, I have to refresh the page because it freezes, and overall, it’s much less intuitive. Are you working on improving this to stay competitive?

I used Chrome to browse your website and noticed some issues in different sections. I tested various pages multiple times, especially when trying to load and view files uploaded by a user. While I did run into some trouble at first, a simple refresh immediately fixed the problem.
