Q: possible to have ai insight and sentiment analysis for videos submitted in forms and not only via the capture link

Hi, In exploring the app, I noticed that a "capture" link does not include the ability to collect additional information (such as form fields, contact info, etc) it only allows for video, which is then nicely analyzed by AI. On the other hand, forms allow me to collect standard contact info and have the customer record videos HOWEVER, it appears that the ai insight analysis is not available for the forms as it is for the capture. Is it possible to analyze an entire form submission (text responses AND video) for sentiment as the app does with Capture? If not, how can I connect back with a customer who submits a video via a capture link, as the capture link does not appear to ask for any information other than a video. thank you

For Capture, some of the core features we’re planning include integration with software like chatbots and CRMs. For example, bi-directional data flow can be enabled with a parameter like share.recram.com/capture/your-capture-id?=customer_id.

The updates we are about to release include:

The ability to send a Capture link via email.
Adding a GDPR consent agreement and a mini input form to collect contact information on the Capture onboarding screen.
Location tracking.
The ability to take photos.
Screen recording feature.
After testing all these features, we will release a general update.

Regarding your questions about Forms, we are currently analyzing what our customers really expect from this product. We have many ideas like PDF data extraction, generating insights from all incoming data, team collaboration, question-context analysis, etc. However, to implement all of these, we need time and customer feedback.
