I've adjusted my review from 4 to 5 stars simply because Nebi and his team have been so responsive to all my feedback, constantly implementing, improving, and communicating like caring humans, not bots.

These are the kinds of businesses I personally love to support in whichever way I can, even if there are some challenges and not everything is peachy.

Look, I've spent years in the software development industry in the past and I know that expecting everything smooth is unrealistic. Even huge companies occasionally drop the ball, have glitches, poor UI/UX decisions etc.

I have a really good feeling this will be a killer software eventually but even now it is solid.

All I can say, is if you are looking for this type of software for your business, give RecRam a try. I don't regret putting my hours into testing, trying, and sending feedback to them.

While the app is probably most useful to those seeking video support inquiries for physical devices (not my case), I think there are quite a few other use cases where it shines. At the moment I personally test it to collect case studies, testimonials, and video feedback. I have owned an LTV from their competitor for a very long time but I wasn't fully satisfied so I decided to check RecRam.
Pros:
1. Interfaces are modern, clean, and overall pleasant to use.
2. I submitted a bunch of questions, comments, and small issues over the weekend, and the co-founder himself jumped on the case, replied, and promised when the team is back in the office, they will work on it. Within ~24 hours a lot of updates were pushed. Love it! A very promising sign.
3. Application is very intuitive and easy to understand and use, so you won't need to spend tons of time on documentation.

Cons. Nothing deal-breaking...
1. I'd really like to see a native integration with High Level but since there's an API, I guess with some tinkering I can make them work in unison. I didn't find API documentation but maybe it's just me being clumsy.
2. There are some rough-around edges things and small issues but based on my short experience with this team, I'm 99% confident they'll sort them out soon.

I can definitely recommend trying this app if you have a use case where video from prospects/customers would be useful. I'll most probably be upgrading the tier and changing rating to 5 stars soon.
