Q: Why the unnecessary limits and pricing structures?
After watching Saasmaster's review, it’s clear that your packaging, pricing, and limitations are out of step with market realities. This disconnect suggests a lack of a business-oriented mindset on the developer’s part—a major turnoff for me. I’m looking to align with someone who has a clear, long-term vision, not one mired in uncertainty. It’s these kinds of issues that ultimately determine the future of the product.
A: We appreciate your feedback and understand your concerns. Our pricing and limits are designed to ensure a sustainable and high-quality service while balancing performance and infrastructure costs.
We’re always open to refining our approach based on real user needs, and we value input from the community. If you have specific suggestions on how we can improve our plans, we’d love to hear them!...
If you truly value community input, limiting feature accessibility contradicts that. Tier 1 and 2 offer almost nothing, and the pricing jump is misguided. A better approach? Restrict team members, source domains, and monthly requests while giving all plans full feature access. This justifies pricing, drives sales, and builds a strong user base to refine the product.
We appreciate your feedback! Our pricing aims to balance affordability with performance and sustainability. Your suggestion about adjusting limits while offering full feature access is insightful, and we’ll take it into consideration as we refine our plans.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts—we value community input!
Q: Could you enable security plugins and tag futures for Tier 3 users?
We currently don’t have a business plan on AppSumo, and there are no plans to offer one at this time.
Regarding security plugins and tag features for Tier 3 users, these are not included in the current AppSumo deal. However, we’re always evaluating feature requests, so feel free to share more details on what you need!
One of this big problems with many services - in particular Airtable - is that you can't use custom domains for some of the links. There is a website that let's you basically 'Cloak' the original URL and have it stay in the URL bar. https://cloak.ist/
A: Yes! RedirHub can achieve this using our Masked URL Redirect feature with any tier, which keeps your brand in front by displaying your custom domain in the browser’s address bar while loading the original content.
This works similarly to Cloakist, allowing you to: ✅ Use your own domain for services that don’t support custom domains ✅ Keep the URL unchanged in the address bar ✅ Maintain brand...
Is it correct that Tier 1contains the following: * 50 redirects * 100 shortened URLs * 3 monitoring task From the description of 50 domains and 3M hits, I was surprised to see the limit of 50 redirects. If the above is correct, are these limits per month or over the lifetime? For example, can I add 50 additional redirects per month and does the limit of 3M hit reset monthly?
Q: Human Support
How do we get human support for Redirhub? I cant get past the useless AI assistant

So, only 300 redirects for Tier 3?
Yes. So I believe
