Q: Not generating captions and your contact us tab on your site is sending me back to homepage

Hello, I've uploaded the same MP3 track twice and NO captioning is being recognized. Is there an issue with the app? I also tried to reach out to you via your site but the FAQ Contact us is not working. How are we supposed to get answers if you don't allow us to ask questions? Do we have to come to Appsumo every time to ask question or inform you of errors on the site or product. Please FIX the contact us issue on your website and advise what is the issue with my MP3 audio not pickup the captioning. Thank you

Q: Bug consuming my quota

Hey guys, I had an issue where I uploaded a video 3-4 times and the app didn't process the captions. Unfortunately, this bug still consumed my quota, which reduced 3-4 videos from what I had.
Any chance to get those back?

Q: How do we know at what date my plan will be refreshed?

I hope you're doing well. I wanted to ask how we can check the exact date when our plan gets refreshed. It would be really helpful if this date was visible somewhere on the website or within the dashboard.

Even better, for AppSumo users—since we’re on a lifetime plan—it might be more convenient if the plan simply refreshed on the 1st of every month, regardless of the purchase date. That way, it’s easy to remember and consistent for everyone.

Just a suggestion that I think would improve the user experience. Thanks for considering it!

Thank you for pointing to this. Currently, we are showing purchase and other plan detail in "My Plan" section. We will add renewal date to the section. So that all details can be seen form the same section

Basically, to manage renewal properly for both lifetime deal users and subscription users, we have choose to keep unified logic to renew based on purchase date.

Q: Can I add custom Text at top or bottom?

I want to add my phone number so people can call me, and I want it on all my videos. Can you add that functionality in branding and as a preset, so that whenever I start creating a video, it will automatically show at the bottom somewhere?

A: Hello There,

Sorry, but we do not have this option for now. We will think about that.

May be you can use these two workarounds if you must want to use text.

1. AI Hook Title
If you are not intended to use Hook Title on video, what you can do is you can use it as your phone number (all styling and positioning options are there).

You can make setting "Show Title on First Frame Only" off...
