Q: Is Tier 1 25 videos per month, or is Tier 1 only 25 videos in total, after which I have to pay again?
I purchased the Tier 1 plan from Rendercut in April 2025, which states that I can upload or add subtitles to 25 videos per month. During the first month (April), I only uploaded and subtitled 4 videos, which was reflected on the Rendercut Dashboard (4/25). Today, May 6th (no longer April), I uploaded 1 new video to subtitle. HOWEVER, the Dashboard now shows I’ve uploaded 5 videos (5/25).
MY QUESTION:
Is Tier 1 25 videos per month, or is it only 25 videos in total, requiring me to pay again afterward? If I only get 25 videos for a lifetime, this plan obviously doesn’t work for me. Thank you in advance for your prompt response.

It is 25 videos per month. Please note that monthly reset will not happen on every first of month. It will be reset after 30 days of your plan enrolment day and so on.
As an example, if you have enrolled on 15th April it will be reset on 14th May.
Can you please write us an email to "team@rendercut.io"? So, we can check your account with your email if above explained is not the case.
