Can't verify many emails results bounced & blocked
we had thousands of leads previously & its quite normal some of or many of them is no use in present days. Thats why we purchased this tool,
Well, here is the catch, this tool can sort out many of them, but it seems it also verified many emails that are in use, but when we use the list in instantly or brave, many of them got bounced, results domain & mail reputation drops within hours.
So, if you are a pro marketer & want a data driven result with little hustle, you are gonna need another email verification tool beside Reoon Email Verifier.

Jan 18, 2025Thanks for telling us the details. Please note that there are a lot of different things that can cause emails to bounce, unrelated to whether the email address itself is good or bad. Just because you have a verified email list, doesn't mean that you can start sending email blasts to them (this will be considered by the email receivers as spam and they will block you). As you have not shared how you used that verified list, we/someone else cannot tell what was the real reason behind the bounces. Please contact us at support@reoon.com and share the list of emails that bounced along with the bounce reports (some).
Here are a few reasons behind the email bounces from very good addresses:
1) Make sure SPF, rDNS, DIKIM and HELO Commands are configured 100% correctly (most important).
2) It is possible that you are receiving soft bounces. Soft bounces differ from hard bounces and are not harmful to the email server's reputation. In case of soft bounce, basically, the recipient's email server receives your email and then they reply to it saying that the address cannot receive email.
3) Your server IP may be restricted by the email service providers or spam filter companies.
4) Your content may be classified as spam by the recipient's email server (sometimes HTML email formatting can cause this).
5) You might go over a specific ISP's rate limitations.
6) Your email may not be set up in accordance with RFC Standards.
7) Email may contain 3rd party tracking links, which triggers spam filters.
8) Grey-listed domains may not be handled correctly by your mailing application.
9) You might be blocked by the recipient (maybe some of them manually marked your emails as spam).
10) IP and email addresses may not be properly warmed up.
Here are a few tips to avoid email bounce from good addresses:
1) Make sure the email you are sending looks natural.
2) Do not include too many links or tracking links.
3) If your email contains links, make sure the quality score is good for them.
4) Try using an email warmup service if you are sending a lot of cold emails.
Please share some of the email addresses that bounced at support@reoon.com, so we can look deeply into them and find the real reason behind the email bounce.
We will be waiting for your response. Thanks.
