About the duplicates, most companies list themselves for neighbour cities. Which means if you search for a specific keyword, the Yellow Pages system will check and return the results from that and the nearby cities. So, if you provide a list of nearby cities, you will surely get duplicates. Again it is a data scraping software (not a data management software), so you will get the results as they supply. In your case, you can try using state names instead of cities.
