I have been sending emails for weeks to this and the other two deals part of the Kraken deal - and no one is replying. Yet, I keep getting all the "excited" marketing emails. Let's see if writing here will elicit a reply. I am still waiting to get the benefits from the Kraken deal which was so hyped up at the time, and also an answer to the removed functionality which renders Reportz useless.
