Q: I have questions about Robinreach's Instagram integration requirements:
1. For the "Instagram Business Account" requirement, does it need official Meta Business verification, or is converting to a Business/Creator profile enough? My account meets all current requirements:
- Business/Creator profile
- Linked to a Facebook page I manage
But I can't get Meta Business verification as I'm not a registered company.
2. Regarding announced future integrations for personal Instagram and Telegram profiles:
- Is there a confirmed timeline for release?
- Having invested in the platform waiting for these features, can you guarantee they will be implemented?
- Can you share an estimated timeframe?

1- Instagram Business Account Requirement:
You're all set! An Instagram Business or Creator account that's connected to a Facebook Page you manage is all you need. Meta Business verification is not required to use our Instagram integration.
2- Future Integrations (Instagram Personal & Telegram):
We understand how important these features are, and we’re actively working on them.
While we can’t provide a timeline for Instagram personal due to Meta’s current limitations, we can confirm that Telegram integration will be released this quarter.
As a sign of our commitment, we even delivered our Brands feature ahead of schedule, and we're now working hard to complete integration with Google My Business as well.
