Q: Is there a connection between the number of allowed brands and the effective number of social profiles per network?
1. For example, in Tier 1, there are 2 brands and 7 social profiles. Does it mean I can have:
a) 7 Bluesky profiles for various projects which do not depend on those "brands"
or:
b) effectively only 2 Bluesky profiles: Brand 1 Bluesky + Brand 2 Bluesky (+ Brand 1 Facebook / Instagram, + Brand 2 Facebook / Instagram)?
2. Will you add also Mastodon support?
3. There is a quirk of some Bluesky schedulers, which add grey bars to images that are not in the square aspect ratio. Does your tool suffer from the same quirk or can you post images to Bluesky in the original aspect ratio, let's say 3:2 or 3:4, without those added bars?

1 - The number of social profiles is not directly tied to the number of brands. You can have 2 brands in Tier 1, but you're free to distribute your 7 social profiles however you like. For example:
– You can add all 7 social profiles to just one brand and leave the other unused.
– Or split them however you prefer — e.g., 5 on Brand A and 2 on Brand B.
2- Regarding the Bluesky image quirk: RobinReach does not modify the original image for Bluesky or any other platform. We pass your image directly to the Bluesky API in its original aspect ratio, so you won’t get any added grey bars or forced cropping from our side.
3- As for Mastodon support — that’s a great suggestion! It's not available yet, but it's on our radar.
