Q: Some questions
Hi, I hope you're well.
1. Do you plan on having the platform tell us the best times to post? I'm currently using Metricool, and the best times are green on the calendar.
2. I see that the connection to company profiles on TikTok isn't available.
3. As I mentioned earlier, Metricool is my current tool. They're very good at monthly results reports; I can even download them as PowerPoint presentations. Have you used this competitor as a reference?

1- Yes, we do plan to introduce a "best times to post" feature based on engagement data.
It’s already on our roadmap, and we’re exploring the most intuitive way to surface that insight, possibly with a similar visual approach to what Metricool uses.
2- You're right TikTok company profile connections aren't supported yet, but it's something we're actively looking into.
3- We've studied Metricool closely and really respect what they’ve built. Their reporting features are excellent, and we do plan to offer robust, downloadable reports (including PDF formats) as part of our reporting enhancements soon.
