Q: Can this run on my clients on premise set up

1 ) Can I install a bot(s) in my clients desktop for them to trigger and run whenever they need to using the browser trigger or other means ? With me retaining the admin functions
2) can this access self hosted LLMS in my desktop and alls if I self host in a server ? This way we can use agentic ai at lower cost for flows since you don’t give ai credits isn’t it ?
3) better yet, can I create a bot with inbuilt license management and allow my client to download and make it run on their desktop / server by activating the license ? They cannot see the codes or edit the flows , they can only activate . I should be able to upgrade / manage and revoke their license as per terms. It’s like selling bots better yet renting ai agents
4) how long you are in AppSumo .
5) will clients always see your brand Robomotion? Any WL possibility in future?

A: Hi,

1) For our clients we create a user in their workspace and restrict them to the Apps (now Agents) dashboard. From there they can create a guided chatbot or use the new conversational chat UI and run automations behind the scenes. They can bookmark the chatbot URL and visit it whenever they want to start the automations. This setup means you don’t have to install the robot on their site but can host and run it on your machine. If you need to process data on their site, you can install the Application Robot on their machine and follow the same steps. Fine-grained permissions aren’t available yet but are coming soon, so when a user logs in they’ll only see the agents they have permission for. And this sparked an idea for us, and we will add a feature to the chatbot to have Basic Auth, so you wont need to create a user in your workspace (they wont see anything in your workspace) but they will have the link and the user pass, and they can login to chat and trigger your robots. ( please join our Discord for further discussion https://community.robomotion.io - we will add this feature this week )

2) If the robot is installed and running on your desktop, it can open the browser and access local LLMs. We also support Ollama.

3) We don’t yet support that kind of license management. As explained above, I recommend using the workspace-user or public chat link approach.

4) The deal ends in two days.

5) You can create a chatbot and share only its URL. The new assistant displays your logo in the top-left, but we can remove it too, in next release and make it optional, or public links only may not have it, because the header has options like dark/light mode, logout for the logged in user etc.

Best,
