Q: How to use this with clients without them losing attention using the product
Hello! Initially it sounded interesting. I have tried the app and I'm not sure what the added value is of using this with clients. I noticed that the chatbot is not very accurate in its responses. I tried a few demos and experienced the same issue. Perhaps I’m missing something—do you have a video or other material explaining how it can best be used also examples of using your own materials/trainings? I purchased tier 3. Thanks in advance

The first and major benefits for pro users, is to be asked daily challenging coaching questions related to a personalized growth plan. This in a 5 minute micro-coaching session that make people explore their goals for their day and just sit down and answer those questions concisely. The question generation of our system is best in class and we have long expertise in it.
The second feature is the mentor mode, in which your clients can talk about their problems and their challenges and will get ideas and inspirations based on the selected coaching plans.
Now the AI is driven by the learning content and coaching programs that are assigned to it. We experienced that coaches often try to challenge the AI and expect to hear what they would say, however, just try to talk about your day, your goals and the challenges you experienced today and answer those follow up questions. This is when the AI works at its best.
Again, if you expect specific answers that you would bring, then you need also to feed the system with your knowledge. Did you already add your own learning and coaching content in the creator mode? Did you try out the mentor mode where actually answers are given and not just coaching questions?

Indeed, our AI is intentionally designed to skip over some items at some point as it also wants to finish the routine quickly with the user.
