Q: Problems with the translation into Spanish

Hi Harry

I bought tier 3, but I have a lot of problems with Spanish. And support did not answer the last questions I shared here below.

Can you tell me when these problems will be definitively solved?

A: Translations into other languages.

One highlight upfront. All emails now also go out translated!

Thanks for your feedback, but in the mean time we have covered all those topics. In particular your case was a firewall and browser settings issue. Nether the less, we have ensure that the app covers those case better now, and informs the user and proceeds.

Those translations that show two languages at a time while loading translations for large content pieces are now way smoother and a better experience as well. 😃
