You can add your programs and step by step classes as coaching content.
You will also teach your own AI coaching questions that guide the user day by day.
The AI will then in the mentor mode, also give answers and solutions based on the users daily challenges on how to move forward.

b) The AI auto adds automatically sub-goals and updates the status of them
c) The coachee can manually track the goals
The sub-goals are used in reminders and referenced in the chats
But it is not designed as goal tracking app
