Q: Form Fields
I would like to add various fields to the form (such as checkboxes, radio buttons, CV upload and other documents, dropdown list, etc.). Is this included in your future planning?

Some of these are already available in a form or another:

However an even more extendable version is planned and it's currently the roadmap:

That being said I've just launched the Forms Editor last month. This effectively represents the first step in a longer vision of introducing and expanding the form customisation options, such as custom fields, lead qualification screeners, etc.
