Q: Great site but trying to get a question answered
Great site you built. Congrats. But the chatbot answers leave much to be desired, and emailing your contact@rollout.site does not elicit a response. I want to use your system, but trying to get basic questions answered that are not on the support page makes me frustrated. As such, I thought I would reach out here. What is the best way to get real, non-AI help besides the support page?

Ty for responding. I prefer we handle this through email. Check your email from vo********@yahoo.com. I have omitted part of address for privacy reasons. But basic questions are how to add pdf file to make available for sale on ecommerce ebook site? Chatbot says to Add Product but I cannot find that anywhere. Also, I have other questions you can reply to in email. Ty.
