Buggy but Brilliant: Why I’m Sticking with Rollout.site

Wow. That was my first reaction when I saw what Rollout.site could do. I gave it a simple prompt, and within minutes, I had a resume website that looked clean, professional, and ready to go. No tinkering with templates, no frustrating drag-and-drop headaches—just a fully functional site that felt like it had been tailored for me. I was seriously impressed.

But then, the honeymoon phase ended.

It didn’t take long for the bugs to show up. Small glitches, odd behaviors, and moments where I genuinely questioned if this tool was ready for prime time. It had done something incredible in seconds, but was it reliable enough to keep using? I started to wonder if Rollout.site was destined to be one of those tools I excitedly try, only to put back on the shelf a few days later.

Here’s the thing, though—I stuck with it. And through trial and error, I’ve found workarounds that make it manageable. One of the biggest pain points was the automatic menu generation. It just wasn’t working the way I wanted. So instead of fighting with it, I started using the tool to create the menu manually. That simple shift changed everything. Now, I feel more in control, and while there are still quirks, I’ve learned to navigate them rather than let them slow me down.

At this point, I have confidence in Rollout.site. Yes, there are challenges, but it’s good enough—and unique enough—that I don’t see myself abandoning it anytime soon. If they keep refining the platform and ironing out the early adopter kinks, it could become one of my go-to tools.

I’m giving it a 4 out of 5. Why? Because every issue I’ve encountered, I’ve been able to find a solution for. That doesn’t mean it’s perfect, but it does mean it’s usable, even with its rough edges. It’s not for the faint of heart—you need a little patience and willingness to adapt—but I truly believe Rollout.site has the potential to be a top 10 tool for me in 2025 if they keep improving.

Here’s to hoping I’m making the right decision.
