I am confused by the plan limits. I assumed each client gets 1 room. If guests are unlimited and we want a private room per client, how do we achieve this?
Also please clarify what this software does that would be different or better than Notion.

Thank you for the question. I think customers will find that the function to editing rooms is similar to notion. Which will make it easy for people who use these types of editors to transition. However that's about where it stops, we have a different vision on the experience we want to provide to our customers and their perspective clients.

That said, we currently integrate with nearly 2,000 publishers for our rooms, which covers a wide range of needs for our customers. So, it’s actually more likely that we’re compatible than not.
1. Is there an option to save a room as a template in the case of repetitive projects for multiple clients. 2.Do you have plans to offer White Labelling in the near future ? Im considering adding this for my business clients.
A: Hello, Thanks for your question! 1. Yes we can accomplish this. Create your desired room then hit the duplicate button in the rooms view (it's on the right) 2. CNAME/White labeling is something we are considering. We move fast and effectively. If this is something that is important to you I would like to learn more. CNAME, or if I understand correctly, you're aiming to have example.yourwebsite.com instead of example.roombriks.com? If so, yes, that is coming in the very near future (less than a month)

looking for this type of tool, mostly for internal employee portals to see various resources - but how is this not super similar to Notion?

I would be very interested if CNAME was on a near term roadmap. Branding will be a big topic needed to convince our team to adopt.
