Q: Room vs Client portal
I am confused by the plan limits.
I assumed each client gets 1 room.
If guests are unlimited and we want a private room per client, how do we achieve this?
Also please clarify what this software does that would be different or better than Notion.
Thanks in advance
Colin.

Edited Nov 8, 2024A: Hi Colin,
Thank you for your question.
1. You can assume that one client occupies a room if you prefer. However, we often find that our customers work with multiple stakeholders in a single room, not just one. If you're working 1:1 with a client and want to ensure other clients don’t see shared information, then creating a separate room per client would be necessary. We offer unlimited rooms, though this feature is not available with AppSumo.
2. In many ways it's similar to notion, however it's simpler to use for new users (don't take my word for it look at the review). With notion you will pay monthly and be limited to 100 guests. roombriks is great for teams who want a focused easy-to-navigate client onboarding solution.
Features coming soon:
-Synced blocks - Push out changes to all your rooms, avoid going to each room for updates you want to give to each of your clients.
- Block notifications - With a simple click notify users part of your room on an update you made to a room.
-Room Templates- We will soon have a template page with pre-built room templates specifically designed for your use case. In addition, we will have a community section where you can browse popular community templates.
-Table of contents- Allow users easily navigate your pages.
I encourage you try it out, we are here to help you succeed, we have great support and don't want anyone going at it alone.
