Q: before use your roundups deal , how to not get reject from appsumo affiliate?
I have been approved for Amazon and other lifetime deal platforms affiliate programs, using on lifetimeon.com. However, if my application to the AppSumo affiliate program is rejected, how can I still utilize their deals?and yes, AppSumo affiliate program is rejected me twice!

If you've been rejected in the past for their affiliate program, try applying again, or appealing, and explain how you plan to deliver value by creating content. People often get rejected from affiliate programs because of affiliate / link spam and abuse, or because of geography. Hope it works out for you!
