A: Hey Isaaq! Thank you for this question, you’ve nailed it: 25 businesses × 50 bookings each = 1,250 bookings/month 1,250 ÷ 30 days = 42 bookings/day total 42 ÷ 25 businesses = 1.7 bookings per business per day (so roughly 1.6) Everything checks out, each business would see about 1.6 / 1.7 bookings a day depending if you round it up or down.
A: Great question! Each business account on Routezilla includes 50 Routezilla-powered bookings per month. These are bookings made through your Routezilla calendar—either online by customers or manually added by you.
If you expect more than 50 bookings, you can add a plan with any number of additional bookings, depending on what you need.

Q: Are there options to fully remove your branding or use custom domains for a more authentic white-label experience?
Hi Routezilla team, quick question: Wouldn’t using a URL like yourcompany.routezilla.com still display Routezilla branding, which wouldn’t offer a true white-label experience? For agencies working with high-end clients, maintaining full control over their branding is essential. Many prefer domains like booking.mycompany.com to ensure everything reflects their brand identity. When we’re spending money to drive traffic through paid ads or social campaigns, directing clients to a third-party-branded subdomain diminishes trust and professionalism. Essentially, we’d be spending money to drive traffic to your brand rather than our own. Are there options to fully remove Routezilla branding or use custom domains for a more authentic white-label experience?
While every business account includes a custom subdomain (like yourcompany.routezilla.com), we also support full white-labeling via embed codes—so you can completely remove Routezilla branding and host everything on your own domain (e.g., booking.mycompany.com) with no visible connection to us.
We totally get the importance of brand control, especially for agencies...
Hi, I saw that you updated the limits which is great! I was wondering if you are planning to do an unlimited tier and AI phone option? I would love to stack more for these options.
FYI: I am an agency owner and would love to have it tied to an agency plan.
A: Thanks! Booking limits can still be increased more, and AI phone agents are available as an optional add-on. We really appreciate your feedback and are considering a few more options specifically for agency owners.
Q: Is it available in different languages?

Q: With 25 businesses generating 50 bookings each month, that's a total of 1,250 bookings.
Each business would receive an average of 1.6 bookings per day. Please confirm this before we proceed to avoid any disappointment.

That's great news! Are the add-ons one-time priced or are they discounted recurring? If they discounted, what's the price and details of this?
