Q: Official way to obtain technical support(apart from support@salesblink.io)?
Dear Salesblink,
I have tried to contact support@salesblink.io since 09 Jan 2025 and checked my inbox, spam, notifications and all other folders daily but there are 0(zero) replies for the last 7 working days.
Hence I have no choice but to ask this question:
What is the official way for users to obtain technical support(where replies are actually provided)?

msinghca9PLUSI too had purchased Tier 3 and tried to activate it but since 20Dec2024, i have not received any reply back from the support yet. Looks like they may go out of business very soon. Am going to Refund my purchase though! All the best to you!!
