Save Your Money, Don't Buy
I regret not refunding this tool when I had the chance. I bought it because I saw the positive reviews but failed to read the negative ones. Let me tell you, all the negative reviews are correct. I’ve experienced the same issues:
- Destroyed my email addresses; all have been added to spam lists and reported.
- After registering my email addresses, they somehow start receiving random spam emails, as if my addresses were added to another database.
- Using domain-linked emails will kill your domain, and your site/domain will be added to spam lists and get blacklisted immediately. Now I'm trying to pick up the pieces and fix my domain, which has been severely damaged and was once trusted.
- None of the emails I sent even reached customers’ inboxes. I tested with three other receiver test emails, and all went to spam or, in some cases, were undelivered.
- Most emails you send bounce; this tool simply doesn’t work.
- I've owned this tool since last year, and I see no updates, changes, new features, or fixes. It seems like just a money grab.
Overall, this is a bad tool. Don’t buy it. I sometimes wonder why AppSumo brings back such tools, which only benefit the creators financially, especially when there's a clear pattern in negative reviews. Customers are reporting the same issues, yet nothing is done to improve the tool or address their frustrations. Overall, I’m disappointed. This is the worst tool I’ve bought on AppSumo so far.
P.s. I followed all their documentation and guides for warmup and setup. I used a small list of 500-1000 contacts and only sent a maximum of 10 mailers a day to avoid red-flagging my email. I never sent to the full list at once. The list wasn’t large. My emails also contained no links, no spammy subject lines, and no spammy sales content or messaging that might be flagged as spam by email providers like Gmail, finally, the email addresses I connected from my custom domain and others from Gmail were not "brand new". They had already been established for over eight years through sending mailers to clients and potential clients, and they always arrived in the inbox. Yet, I still got the results I mentioned above.

Will have your emails going to Spam.
My DKIM, DMARC and SPF settings are all accounted for. I've had my email warming on for MONTHS with Instantly, and emailing my devs without issue. I setup my Salesblink account, and suddenly I'm having issues with my emails reaching inboxes. Not even sales emails-- STAFF EMAILS were not reaching the inbox. This app was a disaster. I'm a little baffled by the reviews here.

That being said, it looks like whatever you might have sent caused your domains to get blacklisted. Hence your Staff Emails might be going to Spam as well. It's advised to always get a separate domain for sending cold emails.

BIG BIG WARNING : This software will KILL YOUR BUSINESS !
I bought SalesBlink and at first I found it SO GREAT... unfortunately I found something that is a REAL DEAL BREAKER : however it is a lifetime deal, you can use it only 2 or 3 times and then NEVER AGAIN ! !
Let me explain :
I run an online magazine about New technologies, beaty, fashion, etc...
I sent a first campaign with SalesBlink about "the future of Solar Energy" using my MAIN SUBSCRIBERS LIST with 350.000 addresses. I've got almost no rebound and a very good delivery rate. Unfortunately around 300.000 people were NOT interested in "Solar Energy" and unsubscribed. After sending, I saved my "SOLAR SUBSCRIBERS LIST" which have now 50.000 emails left.
One month later I wanted to send a new campaign about BEAUTY (I know that many many people from my subscribers LOVE this). I imported My MAIN SUBSCRIBERS LIST with 350.000 addresses and wanted to start my second newsletter....
BUT what a surprise : SalesBlink suddenly allowed me to send only 50.000 emails !!!
The reason is that Salesblink removes any unsubscriber from your list, even if it is a total different campaign ! even if you rename your list or whatever..
I contacted SaleBlink explaining that this is not NORMAL ! I must be able to send as many campaigns as I want to my customers !
ANSWER from SalesBlink : this feature doesn't exist and we do not plan to add it. If you want to send different campaign about different thematics, you have to BUY a new WORKSPACE for each thematic !!!
What ? I don't run an agency ! I don't manage several senders / customers ! this is JUST ME sending campaigns about several thematics like "NEW TECHNOLOGIES, FASHION, BEAUTY, SPORTS, HEALTH etc... I must be able to send different campaigns to my customers !
ANSWER NO SORRY you cannot.
That means that if 50.000 unsubscribe now from my BEAUTY newsletter, I will never be able to use the software anymore !!! and this just after 2 mailings !!!!
ANOTHER REASON WHY you SHOULD NOT USE /BUY THIS SOFTWARE :
Of course before sending my first campaign, I run some tests sending emails to myself (at least 10 different gmails, outlook and yahoo addresses.). What makes my campaign so unique, is that I send everything in FRENCH.
one week after sending my first campaign, I received hundred on spams email in ENGLISH. Many many of my subscribers confirm the they had the same issue and asked me if I WAS THE ONE selling the email lists !!!
NO WAY. I contact SalesBlink about this point : Of course they answered that they "don't use our lists"... OK I believe it... but in that case there bust be a leak, Security breach in their software ...
CONCLUSION : I can send only 50.000 emails from my ORIGINAL SUBSCRIBER LIST with 350.000 email addresses AFTER my FIRST CAMPAIGN !. Soon I will not be able to send any new campaign and THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE A LIFETIME DEAL ???? The support doesn't care at all about the situation. "you had 60 days to try, you should have canceled your purchase in that period of time"...
DON'T BUY THIS SOFTWARE IT WILL KILL YOUR BUSINESS !!!

If a email recipient unsubscribes from emails sent by you, they are added to a block list and you can send email to them again only if you remove them from blacklist.
In this case, either you can not use unsubscribe link in emails or else use different workspaces for different branded emails.
An idea for using multiple unsubscribe lists was recently submitted on our roadmap...
