Although the interface may not have the most modern appearance, it is highly intuitive, and the customizable fields effectively help tailor the CRM to very specific needs.

The email marketing integration is a standout feature, and I look forward to using it to improve communication with leads and customers. The reporting capabilities provide all the information I need to effectively track activities and the sales pipeline.

The support team is exceptional - very responsive and knowledgeable, and I've gotten to know Craig from the many live sessions on their Meetn platform.
