Q: Low ratings
I am so confused with the ratings, it has 5 tacos, but recent ratings are all 1 taco?!
What is the role of AppSumo here, should they check what is being sold as now it seems it is risky to buy?

The reason for the recent low ratings is tied to a past update, during which some of our long-time users experienced data loss and bugs related to the new features. However, we’ve fixed all of these issues and improved the platform since then.
