1) Ultra high-quality voice minutes (monthly) is 50 min - can we record "lesser quality" voice minutes? or once we use up the monthly 50 minutes, we have to wait until the next month for more minutes?
2) What are Voice "characters"? Letters? Words?
3) What is "Voice cloning (monthly)? Does this mean I can clone 1 voice per month?

Happy to answer:
1) Ultra high-quality voice minutes (monthly) is 50 min on this tier, and much higher on the next tier. Once they are all used, a booster pack can be used with credits that do not expire month. We are creating these now, based on demand.
2) What are Voice "characters"? Letters? Words?
Characters are the amount of spaces - per letter.
3) What is "Voice cloning (monthly)? Does this mean I can clone 1 voice per month?
You can have one active cloned voice at a time. You can test, redo, and save your best cloned voice. Also we are creating a booster pack for this to add on for more clones.

All the voices are the highest quality or we do. It use them. No robotic voices allowed here. After the 50 minutes, there are bonus packs that are available to use at a minimal add on.
