Moreover, you can also use the shortcode to add the search bar (check under the Options tab of the SearchIQ plugin settings) and define the post type.
For a non-WordPress site, you must have a separate URL structure, like 'example.com/page/.....' and 'example.com/product/.....' to create different search engines for each post type.
