Q: Hi SendFox team We've been using Acumbamail <3 but circling back on SendFox for a separate use case.
i thought it says we can't upgrade tiers from our Plus Member SendFox Tier1
if we pay $10 x 25 times we are "unofficially Tier5" without having to have two separate product instances of SendFox?
That was the only thing holding me back. Although technically, can have a separate T1 and T5 account for that price and have 30k subscribers total, 5k being allocated to the smaller tenant. I think its better to have the one account
I also think that Sumolings should get additional subscribers for each annual renewal. that would be a good perk

Exclusive AppSumo Plus plans have been carefully and exclusively crafted to cater to our AppSumo Plus members, such as yourself, and those licenses cannot be upgraded via the AppSumo platform, sadly.
In the event of the cancellation of the "Plus" status, all free apps will be gone, including SendFox, and they will revert to being free accounts.
While one may have a single account holding up to 25K subscribers, we usually do not allow more than one account of such a size per user, as there have been instances of abusing the platform by doing so. The exclusion is made for Plus users only, as they may have one official SendFox license and their Plus account too. Your Plus account can be unofficially upgraded via the SendFox account and billing page simply by adding more contacts to the account.
We suggest having one official, fully licensed account and keeping your Plus one for the smaller portion of your contacts, as it will work as long as you have your Plus status.
As for additional subscriber slots for users with an annual renewal, this is indeed a good suggestion.
