SendFox is useless for me. I can't manage to set up a functioning workflow. I don't want to ruin my company reputation with it. For me, the purchase is an absolute failure. I am very disappointed. It would be nice if I could get a refund.

I get an error about changing my address. But the. It won't let me change my address. I've contacted support many times and still haven't heard anything.

I'd been using the same email software with big monthly fees for well over a decade and saw SendFox pop up when I came here searching for an alternative.

I expected a steep learning curve but nope....SF is super simple and intuitive to use.

I'm a big fan and now recommending this app to my clients (I work in the coaching, mentoring space if you're wondering how I'm using SF).

I do look forward to seeing more available integrations without using a zap but I can very happily get by for now.

Definitely a winner.

I've been trying to transfer my SendFox Tier 1 access to another personal email address for several months now. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support, I have received no response to my requests. As a result, I'm currently in limbo - unable to access the Tier 1 features through either my original purchase email or my new email address.
While SendFox's platform itself may have merit, the complete lack of customer support is concerning, especially considering this is a paid service. I've exhausted all available support channels before resorting to writing this review. A simple email transfer request shouldn't require months of waiting without any acknowledgment.
I would gladly revise this review if the company addresses this issue, as I believe in giving businesses a chance to make things right. However, potential customers should be aware of these support limitations before making a purchase decision.

Usually, Appsumo Products are good!
But this one, Worst of all time.

Very limited, Not usable at all.
