Q: Can we clarify the corporate structure, please? All is about fraud protection and some bells are ringing here...
Tried to look into details because the application fills an existing gap and could be highly interesting, Sandeep.
But it takes a bit effort to understand the company and corporate structure behind SensFrx. The parent company seems to be AuthSafe, incorporated in NY, USA in 2020. The business website is https://authsafe.ai/ (if the information in CrunchBase is correct) and that seems to be a hosting provider located in India under the name of Waxspace India. SensFrx seems to be incorporated in Austin TX though, while customer data is stored in Virginia.
I don't intend to pick on you here, Sandeep, but the question mark the confusing setup is raising is probably one of the reasons why there is so little attention towards the offer. To be continued in comment below...

Sensfrx
Edited May 31, 2025A: Thank you for your thoughtful question and it's a very valid one, especially when it comes to trust in a fraud prevention solution. Let me clarify the corporate structure and evolution of Sensfrx to clear any confusion:
- Sensfrx is a product developed and owned by our parent company, SecureLayer7 Technologies.
SecureLayer7 is a well-established cybersecurity company with global operations, serving enterprise clients for over a decade. Our headquarters is in Pune, India, and we are also incorporated in the United States (Austin, Texas), where our founder and sales operations are based.
- AuthSafe was the former name of the Sensfrx product.
When we started in 2020, the product focused solely on account takeover prevention and was branded as AuthSafe. As the platform grew to cover broader use cases—including new account fraud, transaction fraud, and bot detection—we rebranded the product to Sensfrx to reflect our expanded scope.
- Waxspace is a separate, sister company, and is not involved in Sensfrx or its operations. We understand how CrunchBase or third-party listings might sometimes connect names that are historically or administratively related, but they have no operational overlap.
- Data privacy and infrastructure:
All customer data is securely stored on Microsoft Azure servers in Virginia, USA, aligning with strict data protection standards. We are fully committed to maintaining compliance and data security.
We genuinely appreciate concerns like this being raised, it helps us improve transparency and ensures users feel confident in who they're partnering with. If anyone has more questions about our structure, compliance, or roadmap, we're happy to chat anytime.
... I'm just saying that such unclear setup of Sensfrx itself would probably get highlighted by any fraud detection platform when being analyzed. But especially in your line of business it is extremely important to establish confidence with customers. If you could help to clarify the corporate setup, it might be very useful for potential buyers.
Thanks.
There is a general sense of clarity in everything here tbh, that's why more don't pick this up. See my questions about Shopify in here and you can see what I mean. Somehow they say they working on a Shopify integration but does not seem to understand what is needed for such an integration even when I mention competitor products.
