At first glance this product looks something like fraudblocker.com which we already had here on Appsumo, meaning you block IPs etc on the website. However, you also talk about Chargebacks and Shopify here. We are using NoFraud Shopify app for many years. We are interested to replace this but your solution does not look like

What does it mean approve/review/deny? It sounds exactly like a IP block function. Flag transactions is what Shopify already does. For ecom you don't want another alarm you want a shield that automatically prevents fraud on its own. Otherwise I need your software + a team just to manage your software. I say team because transactions happen on different time zones.

Our credit system works per fraud analysis event — whether it’s a login, sign-up, or transaction — not per IP.

How can you judge chargeback risks without some degree of post-chargeback information? How would you prevent a chargeback without knowing such user/IP/transaction resulted in Chargeback previously? If you cannot block/cancel the translation then you are just an alarm?
