Q: How many websites can use one license at the same time?
And if one license can be used on only one website, how many licenses can be bought per email and per user?

There is no website limitation.
You can't buy multiple packages with 1 email, you need a different email for each extra purchase. You can use + addressing for your emails, ie someone+lic1@example.com.
1 email = 1 login. No simultaneous logins. If you login to one PC, then swap PCs and log in again, your other login is logged out automatically.
