Q: Webhooks

Do you have a webhook delivery system when the job is complete, so we don't need to code up a cron job or something to pull the response?
ie if we can set a url to receive the response from the api call and process it that way (via pabbly/make/etc)
Also, I think for most sumolings, purchasing this deal will be an investment in the roadmap (unless we happened to have exactly the industry needs the api covers right now). Releasing a few more APIs from your roadmap you mentioned soon would bring a lot more confidence. That url to markdown service for example (something like a firecrawl alternative i presume?) is more broad-market.

A: Thanks for the thought-provoking tech questions!

For APIs where results are delayed, there are typically two approaches: polling and webhooks. We've chosen polling as the initial method because it doesn't require additional network configuration or extra functionalities on the API consumer's side.

If you're using one of our SDK clients, there's no need to set up cron jobs or other...

Q: Not getting the credit system

Looks interesting. Based on the fact that you're actively developing it, you definitely find me a part of your target market.

I run an agency that works full-time with n8n and similar building low-code AI automated solutions for our clientele. I'm highly on the creative side and always pushing the envelope of what use cases are available in this amazing new world of AI API access.

I'm sure I could contribute as well as glean much from watching what you guys do over time. However, it is a little pricey for not having a lot of use cases I can use out of the box, to be transparent.

1) Do we get one credit per month and those limits are how much access we get for that credit?

Didn't fully grasp the model.

2) Also, what is the difference between using known prompts to LLMs via API for a lot of these use cases vs. using your service?

In summary:
Let’s take AppSumo LTD Tier 2, priced at $199, as an example. If purchased, it grants you one special...

A: Hi! Not yet, as there are already many solutions available with specialized, trained models.

Currently, we're focusing on more established industries like E-commerce and HR Tech, which offer low-hanging fruits in terms of market size and demand.

That said, we're actively exploring image analysis workflows. For example, we're working on tagging recognized content from images to enhance search...

A: I've addressed a similar question here:
https://appsumo.com/products/sharpapi/questions/custom-api-wokflows-1260408/

Currently, there’s no way for users to independently train their own custom LLMs through SharpAPI. However, we do offer this service for enterprise-level customers. Training a model requires uploading extensive datasets, and as you know, this is one of the most...

Q: All future API services included?

Are AppSumo users gonna get all new API services you develop?

Right now, there are not many useful services (for us) in the library and the deal is quite expensive for the current limited number of services, but I can see how this might simplify my life down the road a lot with added services.

So, buying this deal would be an investment in the future functionality of #API for us. Unfortunately, it's happened more often than not that after a few months or years, the deals locked out Sumoers from new functionality and in the case of AI deals also refused to provide us with access to newer models. This is why I'm asking.

I don't want to look at the features of #API in a few years and realize that I need to pay monthly for the ones I actually need.

A: I’d like to provide some context to help with your decision-making process:
- We’re a startup operating in a very young space. The AI workflow automation market is still emerging—it didn’t even exist a few years ago in this form (meaning: with AI-powered, LLM-based workflow automation).
- The platform in its current form has been live for about a year, but it’s built by seasoned API...
