The service seems fine, but I cant get a response from the support team
Overall, the product seems fine, but I can't fully understand the documentation. I'm not seeing how this is a full-featured CRM. Regarding email management, I can't figure out how this app actually works without a video — additional documentation would definitely help.
From my perspective, this is basically the same as ADILO, Gumlet, or any other service that lets you embed videos and place interactive elements over them to unlock content.
I was super excited about this service, and overall I'm satisfied, but the lack of communication from the team and the poor documentation are a huge letdown in my opinion.
Would I recommend it? Yes, but only for specific use cases. It’s far from being a full email marketing platform.
