Q: Content of comments on mobile devices

When leaving a comment on a mobile device, is it possible to upload an image that is on the mobile device? For example, if a client wants to comment on an image replacement, I would like to be able to upload an image on the mobile device in the image section.

Q: Can the system make a screenshot or show pin

Hi

This looks very interesting.

Can the system make a screenshot or show a pin where the comment is made? Often, a client doesn't have the language to communicate a problem/suggestion, so it would be helpful if they can make a screenshot or place a pin to show me what they are talking about?

A: Yes, this is precisely how it works. Clients can pinpoint the exact element they want to comment on.

They can also leave screenshots, which capture their screen precisely. Currently, this only works on PC, as the precise browser capture is not available for mobile use.

Q: What is the lifecycle of a client's comments

Say a client commented the website. Can I see all the comments in one place (not on the specific page, but all pages)? If it is a task for me, can I mark it as done? Will the client see this on his end?
Can I send the comment as a task to trello or orchestra to be with all project tasks?

A: Hey, you can view all the comments on the SimpleCommenter.com dashboard. and once they are done you can "resolve" them.

I am just now working on client-side login, where they can access simplecommenter.com as well if they want to. Client emails are something that's upcoming.

Also, Trello and other 3rd party integrations will come as well.
