Q: Versioning of files
After I share a link with others can I update files so that others can download the latest files without needing to receive a new link (ie that can happen if i make a last minute change before the files were downloaded and want to replace a file)

That is a great suggestion which has been upvoted and requested by many others. I'm happy to say its being worked on; as of now that feature does not exist.
