Q: What plan allows for custom email?
I recently purchased 2 licenses. Just tried sending my first Sinosend, but it went to junkmail. It would seem the solution for this is to use my own company email address when sending a transfer email. Currently, when I go to settings it says that this feature is coming. Which plan will this be available under? Will 2 licenses turn this feature on for me?
Because Sinosend is sold as a business tool, and the fact that the Sinosend email domain is going to spam folders, this would seem to be something offered for all packages.

Feb 14, 2025A: Hi Tracy, Great to have you onboard.
You cannot currently send an email from your own domain, we send it on behalf of you (similar to WeTransfer and Dropbox Transfer), however unlike weTransfer we have a ReplyTo with your email, so all email replies will be sent back to you you. Our domain has all the checkmarks (DKIM/SPF) so that it doesn't land in spam but sometimes it may. Even if we change the sender domain to yours their is still this possibility.
The good news is that once you green light the email it will always reach your inbox as well as your customers.
Another piece of good news is that we're are now beta testing custom email domains using your FQDN (fully qualified domain name) for tier 3 and above, but the official release is a few months away.
Hope I was able to explain in detail, reach out to us at support@sinosend.com to discuss this issue further and if you want to beta test our sender domain before release as long as your T3 or above.
