Thanks for your honesty -- We prioritize large data storage and the ability to upload big files, but maintaining stable, speedy uploads to our single origin server currently in Asia—can be tricky with dropped connections and variable transfer speeds. The closer you or your recipients are to Asia, the faster those uploads fly! Distance is the bigger factor here, not your internet speed. For downloads, we rely on our global CDN, so you’ll see much snappier download speeds after the 1st try.

Keep your hopes up! We’re tackling this by adding more origin servers for uploads. Why havent we deployed them? Well, balancing hardware costs with a sustainable LTD is a challenge, but nevertheless we’re aiming to deploy servers in the EU and US by Q2 this year. So, things aren't all gloomy, chin up, we’ve been able to turn some low-star ratings into 5-tacos and I’m hopeful you’ll be one of them!
