Q: Why is my Tier 3 not upgraded to Tier4

I bought Tier3 (max 250K visits), and upgraded to Tier4 (max 500K).
Now do none of them function. First I got a message about max limit for 250K three months after adding the T4 payment, and now I get max limit warning all the time even after monthly reset. I've sent loads of mail without any answer from SiteBehaviour.
