Q: Deal pipelines - WhatsApp

Again: Skarbe is a very promising product!

1. Is "Deal pipeline" and 'Deals" the same thing? Any limitations here (I hope not)?

2. WhatsApp - Would it be possible to implement this within a month or so? Without, we just miss most of our communication.

1. Deals vs. Deal Pipelines
Yes, they're closely related: Deals are individual opportunities you're working on, and Pipelines are how you organize those deals by stages (e.g. New → In Progress → Won). There are no limitations in functionality across tiers beyond the number of pipelines:

- Tier 1: 1 pipeline
- Tier 2: 2 pipelines
- Tier 3+: Unlimited pipelines

2. WhatsApp Integration
We hear you. WhatsApp for Business is definitely on our radar. While we won’t promise a one-month delivery, we’re actively exploring ways to support it (like uploading and attaching screenshots of your chat directly to contact timeline) — especially because many of our users rely on WhatsApp for lead and client communication. We’ll keep you posted once we have a timeline.
