Q: How to add company mail + Auto Join Google meets

Hi,

How can i add my work email with my companies domain ?
I don't use a gmail adres.
+
Can it also automatically join google meets meetings? Instead of adding it manually ?

Or is this not possible ?

✅ Custom Company Email
Right now, we support Gmail and Outlook accounts. If your company email is hosted through either of those (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft 365), you can connect it directly.
If it’s a custom SMTP/IMAP server, we don’t support that yet — but it’s planned, and we’re prioritizing it based on demand.

✅ Bot Auto-Joins Meetings
Yes — once you connect your calendar (Google or Outlook), the Skarbe bot can automatically join your calls (Google Meet, Zoom, MS Teams).

You control how it works:
- Join all meetings
- Join only external meetings
- Don’t auto-join at all — invite manually when needed

I think you are underestimating the power of this feature. This should be included asap in my opinion. Now you need an extra monthly operation cost to use your platform while people allready pay for your platform. Doesn't sounds logical. How do you track the demand?

Custom SMTP/IMAP is high on our list and will go into development right after we ship Zapier support in June. We’ve just launched our Discord too — feel free to join! That’s where we collect feature requests, share roadmap updates and co-build with users like you.
